Heimdall Monitor provides URL monitoring, downtime alerts, and performance metrics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

4. User Obligations
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its proper functioning. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, attempted unauthorized access, overwhelming our infrastructure, or monitoring URLs you do not have permission to monitor.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heimdall Monitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
